1) PRIDE HIGH #5
The Legends make their first appearance in a comic book with Tommy Roddy's creation "Pride High". Issue five titled "The Serpent and the Sea" is the kick off to the adventure quest Kid Mischief takes on finding out exactly what happened to his boyfriend Craig. 2) FABLES #66
Continuing to be one of my favorite books in print, Fables is a complete winner. "The Good Prince" is building to be a great battle between the Adversary and his ghostly army. I really enjoy this book and hope it continues to make amazing storylines.
3) MARVEL ZOMBIES 2 #1
Kirkman is back writing everyone's favorite Brain-Eating-Fest, Marvel Zombies! The Zombies have devoured the Universe (yum yum) and are returning home to Earth. Just wait and see who or what awaits them back home!
4) POWERS #26
By far, my favorite series ever. Oeming's art makes my heart smile.
5) SWORD #1
The Luna Brothers are hitting the stands again with another smash hit. This Kill-Bill-esque series centers around Dana Brighton, a young promising college student, and her encounter with three powerful strangers who come knocking on her door looking for a sword. This series is destined to be amazing and successful.
